Quad Angles wishes to apologize for errors in the story "Town Meeting discusses issues" in last week's issue. Black Student Union President Jerome Scott was erroneously called Jerome Stuart. Scott made no statement that "BSU should be independent from IGA financially" but said that the Gospel Choir is not financed by the college, yet the college takes credit for its existence."Another statement by Miss Alice Hunt that the BSU "had submitted names of alternate bands and received no response" was inaccurate.* * * In another story announcing the lecture of Rev. William Jacobs, it was incorrectly stated he would speak Thursday. He spoke Wednesday. A release from Dr. William P. Houpt, director of public relations, gave the incorrect day.
